These are one-of-a-kind outfits made by Kathleen Saviak. Once they sell, they're gone!
Modeled by Nellie and Nanea, this set features a beautiful blue and brown paisley pattern on white fabric, with accents/trims in a few different colors for a coordinated look. The dress (on Nellie, left) has a royal blue waistband and neckline trim, two matching star buttons sewn onto the coordinating brown bodice front, and puffed sleeves trimmed with the main fabric. The dress can be worn with or without the coordinating vest (both options pictured). The matching top (on Nanea, right) has short sleeves, light blue neckline and hemline trim, and several decorative buttons sewn onto the front. Both the dress and the top feature velcro closure in the back. Nanea's outfit is complete with crop-length khaki slacks with elastic waistband.

Kathleen (Kathi) Saviak was a beloved mom, grandmother, sister, and friend. Kathi grew up in Miami where she developed a passion and talent for sewing. She continued pursuing her interests working at a fabric store for many years. Kathi eventually discovered a love of creating doll clothes; and she sewed many beautiful outfits for her granddaughter. Even after her granddaughter outgrew dolls, Kathi continued with this hobby to keep herself busy when health issues made other activities more difficult. Kathi loved coordinating fabrics to make the perfect outfit.
When Kathi passed away in 2018, she left behind her large collection of doll clothes, each item made with so much love and stored with great care. More than five years later, Kathi’s daughter, Alleen, decided it was time to part with the collection and pass on her mother’s creations to the next generation of doll lovers. We at Sew Stellar Styles were honored when Alleen reached out to us, and we are humbled to play a role in helping her sell the clothes.
It brings great comfort to know that Kathi’s legacy will live on, and her creations will be loved for many more years to come. By purchasing an item made by Kathi, you, too, are helping to honor her legacy.
