These are one-of-a-kind outfits made by Kathleen Saviak. Once they sell, they're gone!
Modeled by Samantha and Nanea, this set features a brown fabric with white polkadots. The dress (on Samantha, left) has short sleeves, a fitted neckline, a gathered skirt, a velcro closure in the back, and a white ribbon waistband - tie the bow in front (pictured), on the side, or in the back for three different looks. You can even repurpose the ribbon as a headband for yet another option! The matching slacks (on Nanea, right) have an elastic waistband and pair nicely with the white 3/4-sleeved blouse with a collar and faux button front (there is secretly velcro underneath for easy on/off). This outfit can be worn with or without the matching vest. The final piece of this set is a long open-front sweater (pictured on Nanea, right) that can be worn with either outfit.

Kathleen (Kathi) Saviak was a beloved mom, grandmother, sister, and friend. Kathi grew up in Miami where she developed a passion and talent for sewing. She continued pursuing her interests working at a fabric store for many years. Kathi eventually discovered a love of creating doll clothes; and she sewed many beautiful outfits for her granddaughter. Even after her granddaughter outgrew dolls, Kathi continued with this hobby to keep herself busy when health issues made other activities more difficult. Kathi loved coordinating fabrics to make the perfect outfit.
When Kathi passed away in 2018, she left behind her large collection of doll clothes, each item made with so much love and stored with great care. More than five years later, Kathi’s daughter, Alleen, decided it was time to part with the collection and pass on her mother’s creations to the next generation of doll lovers. We at Sew Stellar Styles were honored when Alleen reached out to us, and we are humbled to play a role in helping her sell the clothes.
It brings great comfort to know that Kathi’s legacy will live on, and her creations will be loved for many more years to come. By purchasing an item made by Kathi, you, too, are helping to honor her legacy.
