PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Designed to fit all 18" dolls snugly around the waist
• Elastic waistband
• A ruffled, wavy effect all the way around the circumference of the skirt
• Fabric is cream-colored cotton with small red polkadots
• Made using red thread for a coordinated look, and to contrast the cream color
• *Finished with a French seam in the back to encase the raw edges

*These skirts are on clearance due to them being made before we upgraded the design to use flat-felled seams.
